I haven't tried them personally, but have noticed on Amazon that there is more than one "Wide" option in this brand.</p> <p>PLAE works well for fitting over SMOs/Orthotics, so they might also work well for a wide foot.</p> <p>If your son's foot is chunky, try anything with an open top (like a topsider/moccassin/loafer sort of style for a boy? I only have girls so IDK, I'm sorry!) He’s a tall and strong kid that wears a size 11 XW shoe. Problem is that New Balance, Saucony, Stride Rite, all the brands that come in wide widths, are not fitting him well. Are there other brands/style I’m unaware of? Please help! </p>
