Have you tried the intermittent bottle by mom method? It's basically the "no cry" version of bottle training. Worked great for us but it does take a bit more time-probably two weeks for us before she was perfectly indifferent to whether milk came from a bottle or from me! Nice thing is, it doesn't matter what kind of bottle you use, and after she adjuster, she would take any bottle. Here's a description (scroll down to the relevant part):

@Worrywart: Aww bummer that he screams at the Lansinoh. It does take time for some babies to get used to the bottle. My DD was never great at taking bottles but eventually took it at daycare. Other tips I've heard are leaving the house entirely so baby can't smell you, giving the bottle in the bouncy chair or bouncing on a yoga ball while feeding baby. Hang in there. I was sooo stressed out too before going to work fearing my daughter would starve.

Don't be in the same room. He might smell you, and want it straight from the source!

Have you tried the Lansinoh mOmma bottle? We tried a ton of different bottles with my daughter and found that one to work best.

DS is 8 weeks old and EBF. He refuses to take a bottle and I go back to work in 4 weeks. Any tips? We've tried a few different bottles and he's taken it once from my MIL but has refused since and screams every time we try. I'm terrified he won't be able to take a bottle once he starts daycare. Help!
