We have to pack lunch and that's what he gets a lot of the time. A simple sandwich (bread, mayo, cheese, meat) and pick two of pretzels, goldfish, carrots, cucumber, fruit, string cheese, fruit leather type stuff. DH gets the same lunch, bigger portions. LO's samdwich gets cut with a cookie cutter. Talk about no advance notice... the kids are going on a field trip tomorrow at my LO's daycare and we were told TODAY that we have to provide lunch. My husband is going as chaperone so I have to pack lunch for him, too. </p> <p>We don't have lunch bags but I have a little cooler he can take - would that be okay? It's small and soft sided with handles on top. </p> <p>Most importantly - what do I pack for them? Or...what do I go grocery shopping for tonight after my daughter's bedtime because we have no food in the house.... </p>
