Has she been gaining weight consistently? If so, you can try dropping the dream feeds. If you can squeeze in the those dream feeds during the day, that will also eliminate them from night time. For me, DS would only take what he wanted, and even if I tried to dream feed him or top him off, he wouldn't have it.

DS ate 4oz every 3 hours so ~30oz in a 24 hour span?

My dr office just told me that DS should be getting no more than 32 oz per day (crazy daycare lady fed him 25 oz in 9 hours) This shows appox. how much they should get per day: http://www.babble.com/baby/baby-care/feeding-chart-birth-toddler-baby-feeding-guide/

My only thing would be that I wouldn't necessarily count on 1 weighted feed to be correct, she could have just been snacking. I did a weighted feed with DS awhile ago and he got less than an ounce total! I was freaking out but had some lovely HB ladies point me in the right direction :)

As of yesterday we are now combination feeding. Based on a weighted feed I'm estimating S gets around 2oz of BM per feed, and I'm topping her up with 3oz of formula afterwards (she's 10lbs and 4mths old, so does 5oz total sound about right?).

Ideally I'd like to keep my supply constant to combo feed for another month or two and I'm trying to figure out how many night time feedings to do. She STTN from around 6pm-7am and before supplementing I was dreamfeeding at 10pm and 3am due to poor weight gain. So should I still be keeping both of these feeds? Should I be supplementing them with formula also, or just during the day? How many oz per 24hrs should she be getting at this point? If it's possible, should I try and get them in during the day to let her sleep through with no feeds?
