Nothing in his mouth, hands or feet. So we ruled out HFM. The ped said it could possibly be chicken pox (although LO wasn't scratching at the bumps and didn't seem to be otherwise bothered by it) OR it could be a rash caused by the virus (LO had a mild fever a few days earlier). </p> <p>In the end, we did nothing about it since it didn't seem to bother LO. It went away after 1.5 weeks...gradually. They told me the bumps would eventually turn into pimples which would then burst and scab over. Once the scabs were dry, it would no longer be contagious. That is exactly what happened. He woke up like this yesterday and the past two days of sleep have been crap. No fever, a minimal amount of fussiness (sp?) But now he has like blisters on him this a.m. </p>
