I am pretty confident that I can DIY a cape from the fabric store, but I am hoping to find a royal blue dress for her to wear and am coming up empty. Looking for a crew neck royal blue dress. Any sleeve length. Any cut (shift, A line, etc). Size 5-7 girls would work. Ideally cheap with cheap and fast shipping. Shoppers of HB help me out! :)
