We just got our seats inspected by the hospital and they had some pretty good things to say about the seat. The Britax B-Safe is newer and has a great recline and you can't really go wrong with the Britax brand. I went to a couple stores and walked around with every single infant seat there was, and the Chicco was by far the most comfortable to carry. We loved using ours with the Snap 'n Go stroller (so convenient) or the Bob Revolution SE.
