Although the first option might be a littler smaller compared to the rest, I doubt a kid will stop playing with it because the counter height is a little low. Also, those reviews saying it's for a 1-2 year old doesn't seem quiet right - they haven't taken into account the limited pretend play a baby that young can manage. I got LO a play kitchen at 1 and it's definitely a toy she grew with (and one I could have waited to give her).
