Somewhere near a park would be a bonus as a place for the one year old to explore and stretch. DH has already agreed he would stay in with LO that night if it actually happens. Other than that we want to see Central Park, Brooklyn bridge, one world tower, Eiffel Tower, any of the fun things that come to mind when people say New York :) </p> <p>@Littlebit7: we will be flying in. We like to stay midtown or even Downtown close to one of the subway stations. And I would say don't get sucked into all the chain stores/ restaurants. There are tons of instagram accounts and articles about places to visit and eat, that is what we use when we go. We try to plan out in advance what we want to do that day like a museum and then research things around that area. Our last trip there we went out on a dinner sight seeing cruise thingy and it turned out to be our favorite thing we have done in the city.
