Two thoughts, how does painting it hold up to wear and tear? I would hate to do all the work and then have the paint not hold up to all the toddler playing going on. I thought about painting a little tikes swing we have, but found mixed reviews on how painting held up and just skipped it. Also, have you tried a magic eraser to get marks off? P loves it but I wanna spruce it up since it sits.in our living room. I was thinking spray painting it? Maybe dark brown with bright red roof and doors/windows. Any other ideas. Here's the pic.
