<description>&#60;p&#62;It's fine to hover, especially if your LO hasn't mastered a certain playground yet. It's her first time there, so I'd be hovering too! I stand within arm's reach of my LO most of the time still. Once she masters certain skills, I don't hover as much, but I'm not that far from her ever either.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I found that the older DD got the less I hovered.  I now don't walk behind her going up and down the stairs (she's almost three).  DS, however, hasn't started to walk yet and i have a feeling I will be hovering like CRAZY!!!!

&#60;p&#62;I can't help it. I'm paranoid. We have a friend who's lo fell from one of those slides that's only two feet off the ground and needed brain surgery. After that, I'm terrified. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We went to our first gymboree today and I was the only parent following around my lo. But they climb on things that are higher then the little slide and it really freaks me out!
