When we were TTC I had a bad habit of keeping tests around for a really long time. Especially when I was seeing an RE because I’d use a trigger shot and test it out to see when it was gone. </p> <p>Anyways, the newer FRERs look just like when they sit around a long time. The moisture eventually makes it so you can see the line of antibodies. And then the color kind of runs. </p> <p>Any test after 10 minutes is seriously garbage. But I will say that with my 3rd pregnancy, the tests were pretty light and the digital was negative at 1st which made me hesitant to think I was pregnant. With my 1st two, the lights were dark right away. But I’ve never looked at a negative test a week later! If the digital said negative after a week plus between these other tests, I would be inclined to think negative too. This was despite getting a faint squinter on day 7-8dpo and then super faint squinters on days 10-11dpos. Like, break open the test squinters. So I dug out the “good/expensive” one from before (because I was crazy and trash digging is hot) and sure enough it finally showed positive. I’m not sure if you’re pregnant but I know that tests are so weird!
