Since I hope to BF for a year, neither option is great, which is why I still need my own double electric. I'm hoping to rent the hospital-grade pump just before I go back to work so I can keep one there and one at home for as long as possible.</p> <p>I do have some postpartum stuff for me -- Tucks, giant super-absorbent pads, breast pads, lanolin. I love my Vapur water bottles so will probably use those. My SIL's milk didn't come in right away and they ended up having to use formula for a day or so, the baby was screaming and so hungry. We bought ours on amazon when we got out of the hospital. We may borrow a swing from a friend if we need it, and another friend is giving us a baby monitor she no longer needs. I have an irrational aversion to the RNP right now and will only get one if nothing else works... </p>
