It's tough isn't it? As LO is getting older (10 months now) it gets harder to hear her cry :( Do you have anyone that can keep you company whilst you do CIO? Having my DH with me kept me sane and stopped me running in every 5 minutes!

How long has it been going on? From what I know you are supposed to stop nursing back to sleep but if that's the only thing that works it could be really tough to kick the habit... All I can offer is to keep up the routine you want her to ideally follow and keep checking on her to see if there isn't any medical or other reason such as being too hot or cold or some other physical discomfort. Sorry it's so hard isn't it? :(:::

My 7mo lo was sttn ((7pm-7am), taking 2 long naps a day (1.75hrs each) and one cat nap. But, after a month of teething, vaccination, grandma's rocking, travel etc her sleep is all out of place now! She now wakes up 3-5 times a night and won't go back unless I nurse her, won't nap for more than 40 minutes at a time and must be rocked to sleep(sometimes it'll take over a hour). Mama is losing her mind!! I tried to CIO again as that's how we sleep-trained the first time but not going anywhere this time. She can cry for much longer and much louder and I just can't stand her crying any more... She's also always in a bad mood because of lack of sleep!! any suggestions?? TIA!
