He said if it doesn't smell or taste innu then it's fine. He said it takes a lot for BM to go bad! I think those guidelines are for extra safety...but honestly in your situation, if it tastes and smells fine, I'd feed it to him. I warmed up 5ozs and DD wouldn't drink it (she fell asleep). I forgot about it and it sat out for 2.5 hrs. So I put it back in the fridge and reheated it later and gave it to her. I tasted it and it was normal so I fed it to her and she was fine. I think I'm alot more laid back as a 2nd time mom.
