We had a really rough sleep period around 9 months. Not to scare you but we waited until 11 months and didn't see improvement so we finally sleep trained at that point. I'm sure it won't be as rough for you bc you had already trained... we were just waiting it out for the longest time. I hope it passes quickly for you!

R went through the 9 month sleep regression for about a month. Her naps were super short at times and she was always up early. Good luck! Hopefully your LO goes through it quickly. :goodluck:

Oh my god the 9 month sleep regression was the worst for us! She had been sttn for 3 months and for a whole week she woke up 2-3 times a night and was awake for a couple hours in the middle of the night. It went back to normal after a week (and a little CIO again).

I think there is one. R's was waking up super early. So no advice, just hugs! Hope it passes soon.

LO is 9 months old, and she's never been an awesome sleeper. At 6 months we sleep-trained, so she puts herself to sleep for naps and at bedtime, and wakes up 2x a night.

For the past few days, she has been refusing to go/stay asleep. Waking up 3,4,5 times a night and yelling through her naps.

Is there a 9-month regression? Did anyone have a similar experience? We were just getting back on track after teeth, colds, pulling up, crawling, etc.
