Merino is a really popular option here so it's pretty reasonably priced! We had a pair of those Zutanos and I wasn't a fan. I also had a car seat cover that went over the seat only and it was really warm! If she's in the car seat I recommend the shower cap style cover- blacks wind and cold and you can layer an extra blanket under it or unzip it partway in the car when it's warmed up. </p> <p>Another vote for zutano booties. Seriously the only thing that stayed on my baby's feet. Any more "boot like" shoe always just fell off. </p> <p>I never actually had a great fleece coat for mine and just put a blanket or the cover over her if we were in the car. Layers are your friend! We walk from home to the car to go to daycare so she needs to be warm outside. She typically just has socks on but I need to find some sort of Ugg style slipper/boot for her to wear. Today she had on a fleece jacket with hood but I noticed her hands were cold. Help educate me! What is appropriate for outside and car seat - both now and as it gets colder? What do I need to have her wear? </p>
