We always do brunch for our birthday parties and I get bagels and cream cheese and set out a toaster - it seems to be a big (and easy) hit!

Lunchy part of brunch- chicken salad with croissants

Quiche is always good for brunch- I would probably make 2 or 3 large ones in different flavors since mini quiche seems to always be more dough than filling. My favorite quiche to make is crab & shrimp.

Love your theme!

More in the lunch side of brunch- We just did a pinwheel party platter from Safeway- ham and turkey pinwheel sandwiches. Easy for the kids to eat. And plain, so we had mustards and other dips and spreads for adults to add to theirs. Easy.

I think everything you listed sounds great!
What about mini BLTs? Thinking that brunch is usually breakfast and lunch options, maybe do one more semi easy lunch-type option. BLT came to mind because it's also sorta breakfast-ish and very easy.

My mom also does a baked French toast that's awesome and you can modify it tons of ways. with different fruits. or can even do that as a bar with the baked French toast and then whipped cream, syrup, different fruits, etc.
I don't know if this is definitely it but she loves pioneer woman so it might be!

This sounds really yummy to me :) The mini quiches from CostCo are super easy to prepare and tasty if you have a store close to you. I love the idea of a yogurt/ granola bar with fruit and the mimosa bar is on my Pinterest list of party ideas for after baby #2 pops out!

Help! DS's 2nd birthday party has crept up on me and I haven't started to plan much yet. Whoops! We just moved into a new house so it's a mess too :-/ Small party of about 20-25 family and friends -- theme is Bubbles and Brunch. Bubbles = champagne for the adults and bubble play for the kids. Got the entertainment and party favors taken care of -- bubbles, stickers, water table, etc.

Need help with food! What has been your favorite brunch item? Most delicious? Something that's been surprisingly easy and gone over well? Thanks!

So far I was thinking donuts/donut holes, fruit salad or yogurt bar with fruit/granola, mini quiche. Mimosa bar, lemonade, coffee, water.
