We found Vaseline to work best for us. We also dipped her bottom in baths with baking soda and gave her some diaper free time. Honest diapers made it worse, because they're not as absorbable. We like Pampers and Target brand. You just have to try a few to find one she likes.</p> <p>Good luck! We've used Honest, Seventh Generation, Earth's Best and Target. We stuck with target since they are the cheapest and DD's skin hasn't flared up. I would buy a small package and test it out.</p> <p>Do you use any preventative cream on her? Out of nowhere three days ago, she developed a very nasty red rash on the insides of her bottom. We have kept the area dry and changed her often, and have used both Desitin and A&amp;D Ointment. She is currently wearing NB Pampers Swaddlers, and has been since the day she was born.</p> <p>Our pediatrician recommended maximum strength Boudreaux' Butt Paste and switching to a sensitive diaper, in addition to letting her air out and making sure she's dry, as well as everything we've been doing.</p> <p>Does anyone have recommendations for the best sensitive-skin diapers? My poor little girl is wailing every time her diaper comes off or my hands touch that area. It even started to bleed a little yesterday from being so raw. I feel so bad for her! I want to get something ordered stat... Has anyone had positive experiences with anything in particular?</p> <p>Thanks! :happy: </p>
