I do really enjoy my job and my coworkers, however I am deeply concerned about the financial future of my current employer. I work in accounting so unfortunately I can see that the current company is, for lack of a better word, hemorrhaging money. The job I'm interviewing for does pay better but I definitely don't want to say I'm just looking for more money.</p> <p>I know they will ask why I'm looking for a new job and want to be honest without bashing my employer. I work in construction and it's a small "world". </p> <p>Can anyone help with how I should address this? </p>
