It's one of her favorite positions. I'm not sure if it helps walking though, Cameron walked on his first Birthday and Maddy walked at ten months. My MIL is a doctor and said it is fine as long as you are holding the weight. Does that make sense?</p> <p>R is 7 months and now pulls herself up standing. She pulled up to stand at 7 months and at 8 months, she's cruising around furniture. She is constantly pushing off of me with them. I have discovered that she loves when I help her "stand." I hold her upper body and she stands on my lap or on the couch. She smiles the entire time and when I make her sit she starts crying. </p> <p>I guess I am just worried that if I do it too much it's putting too much weight on her knees and ankles since she's only two months old? Or is it the opposite and I should do it as often as she wants cause it's helping to build those muscles? </p>
