I went to the doctor (best decision!) and got meds which really does help. From what I understand, it's not a problem that you can make fully disappear, you can only manage it. What gives. I'm nearly 5 mo pp and have had a few small ones that never bled or bothered me. They were just there. This morning after using the bathroom (no straining!) I am totally uncomfortable. This continues throughout the day until I get home and discover I have a brand new one that is big and hurts. Ugh ! Why ?!?!! </p> <p>I just got some prep H and stool softeners - even though I seriously never have to strain . I have no idea where this monster came from but it needs to GO AWAY. </p> <p>Postpartum is so glam. -_- </p>
