Although it's never black and white whether you should, pregnant ladies will appreciate it. I'm sorry and it sucks but I think it's the right thing to do. I think there is a considerable incubation period for the virus before symptoms show up so even if you're feeling well, it's not a guarantee you don't have it. I'd err on the side of the caution and not potentially expose others unnecessarily.
