It started on his booty and we thought it was just a diaper rash but the next morning he woke up with it around his mouth, on hands and feet. It was pretty obvious what it was. Hands and feet for toddlers, hands and knees for crawlers, butts for diapered babies. No fever. </p> <p>She has had a couple of small red spots, almost like tiny pimples, on the back of her hand and one or two on her cheek. The face especially actually seems to come and go. </p> <p>So, just random red spots right? I'm not infecting all the kids she comes in contact with with Hand foot and mouth?? She's not in daycare but goes to enough things with other kids that she can pick up random viruses. </p>
