First time, AF came 4 days after that ultrasound. I had this the last two cycles. All negative, nothing working - then an OPK suddenly turned 'high' but never peak &amp; HPT's negative. The cyst was pumping out E2. Have you looked into pregnitude at all? It's a natural supplement that consists of folic acid and mio-inisitol. It helps with ovulation and egg quality. When I got off the pill to TTC #1 I was mostly having anovulatory cycles, and when I did O on my own it was around CD 40. Not sure whether or not it was a coincidence, but I started taking pregnitude, O'd on CD 21 and got my BFP! I've been dealing with really long cycles lately too and I had cysts back in November that I'm not sure have cleared up, so I hear your frustration. If it were me, if I got past 15 DPO with still negative BFNs, I would call my obgyn. If so, when did you eventually get AF?</p> <p>Background: Cycles have been 30-35 days with a very consistent 11 day LP. I've been charting and I'm 13 dpo today. HPT negative. With DS I had a BFP at 11 dpo so I don't think I'm pregnant. Did some googling and apparently a luteal cyst can continue to produce progesterone which results in delayed AF. I also had sharp pains in my left ovary a few days ago for 2 days, so maybe it really is a cyst.<br /> Now I just wish I could get my period and move on with this total mind-f**k of a cycle!!<br /> Does anyone have any idea how long I can expect a luteal cyst (if that's what it is) to delay AF for? </p>
