It's just not made well. Bananas and mushed up food have gotten into the joints where the screws are and it's such a small area, I can't get in there to clean it out!</p> <p>@mamamoose, yeah, a $250 high chair is more than I want to spend. We have a super small space so it works better than a high chair at the table, and when I am feeling lazy, I just feed her on the floor wiith a big dishcloth underneath.
