<description>&#60;p&#62;I would give another dose of Tylenol if it hadn't started to come down an hour after the first dose.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm not generally one to alternate just b/c the dosage &#38;amp; timing is so different between tylenol &#38;amp; ibuprofen&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And I always reference this to make me feel better&#60;br /&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;My DS, 16 months, just spiked a high fever. It shot up in a few hours and he started vomiting as well. Our pediatricians website says not to worry about fevers at 104 or 105. We gave him tylenol before we realized how high it was. I am trying not to worry but can't help it. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What would you do? I was thinking about giving him Motrin in a little bit but he is already asleep.
