My RE never mentioned it as indicator of PCOS, she went off of my testosterone level and the fact that you could see the classic "string of pearls" cysts on my ovaries.</p> <p>And don't get too upset if you have it, PCOS is not the end of the world when it comes to reproduction. I wasn't ovulating all, which I don't think is the case for you, right? My LH was 18, my FSH was 5.9. At first I was psyched, but is that TOO high? I did already get my LH, FSH, insulin, etc tested and everything came back normal.</p> <p>Any bees with PCOS have their antral follicle counts? </p>
