I wouldn't worry about having temps that are generally higher than others. My temps after my miscarriage were higher than they were prior to the miscarriage for several months because of the extra progesterone that lingers. As long as you get a bump of at least 0.5 degrees after ovulation, you should be good.

Hi Ladies - I am new to temping (second month) and struggling with consistent tempts times (my two year old STILL wakes up often at around 3-4 am and needs me to snuggle him back to sleep) So some days I have been up for a bit, then return back to sleep.. Other days, he doesn't wake up and I get to sleep until 6.. On the days I have to get up, I usually just temp at 4 am..

The big question I have though, is that my temps seem high compared to other charts I see.. What would be the cause of this? Is it anything to worry about? Maybe I am too bundled up when I sleep? Any insight would be super helpful!
