YAYYY!!!</p> <p>I'm still in shock... but it's probably because I wasn't at home yesterday. Yesterday I had a work event that is the one time a year I stay late. We originally had a babysitter lined up to help Wagon Sr. with WJ while WS put LMW down (haha acronyms) but she had to back out at the last minute because of a death in the family :( but he still wanted to try (meaning, getting home in time to relieve the nanny at 5, taking LMW to pick up WJ, feeding WJ dinner and putting LMW to bed, then WJ to bed) so we just went ahead with our plan minus babysitter. Everything went smoothly except when he was putting WJ to bed, LMW started crying. He wanted to let her cry a little so he rushed thru WJ's bedtime routine, and when he was done she had stopped and fallen asleep. She cried for a total of 13 minutes. I would NOT have let that fly if I were home :( BUT it looks like this is the kickstarting of sleep training because obviously it worked for last night! She was a smiley, happy baby this morning (and so were mommy and daddy)!!!! I was so sad last night knowing she had cried for 13 minutes (I've never let her cry for more than 5) but obviously daddy was right in this instance. The new carpet was installed today and it makes such a big difference!
