<description>&#60;p&#62;I had hip pains during and after pregnancy, they were really achy..So achy I couldn't sleep and had to rotate sides every few  minutes. I think mine is from sleeping on my side with a pillow inbetween my knees, my body just wasn't use to it I guess. Before pregnancy I slept on my stomach.
