If DH or someone else was holding him he'd throw a fit if they weren't standing up (he didn't mind me sitting with him, because boobs). The transition from womb to worls is so drastic, I think they sometimes NEED the comfort of being held close to what is familiar. Every time I get DS to sleep and put him down he wakes up ! I think he just wants to be held today ! He has been so gassy so maybe he just needs a little extra love today </p>
