<description>&#60;p&#62;I think either one is ok.  In general I think with a full time nanny a full week's pay is standard but with part time I think there is a bit more flexibility.  Maybe do $100 and a small wrapped something from you lo? An ornament or framed photo would both be good options for a small gift.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We have a nanny who helps with babysitting, household chores, etc.  She works for us 10-15 hours per week.  I wanted to give her a holiday bonus, but wasn't sure how much to give.  She is a student and will be heading home for 3 weeks at the holidays.  What would you give?  I was thinking either a flat amount (like $100) or the equivalent of one week's work (which would be more).
