Our in-home provider is a really good friend of ours, so I feel like I have extra pressure because I do know her so well. We pay $170 a week, and I was thinking of spending $100...</p> <p>She's having a baby in a couple weeks, so I think I want to get her a gift card to somewhere where she can treat herself, whether it be clothes of fun stuff I don't know. I also use an in-home daycare provider who I LOVE. She has a part-time assistant that helps mostly with the couple 'older' kids she has that I would also like to thank.<br /> There was another thread about daycare provider gifts and after reading that I was thinking of a restaurant gift card for my main nanny and a basket of treats for each of them. Stuff like chocolates, snacks, some home made things. T watches E for 4 days a week ($200) and another on just Fridays ($50). Not sure what to spend or give them. I don't really know much about them, either, to really do a personal gift. Maybe a Harry and David basket or gift basket with homemade goodies plus a gift card? Thoughts? (and we really really love T so we want to get her something nice). Should we spend what we pay them a week? </p>
