I'm having a hard time coming up with ideas for Holiday gifts for them. I have to pay for anything out of pocket, so I really don't want it to be gift cards (especially since I really don't know where people like to go). I've had about 40% turnover in my dept this year, they get paid so little and I don't really have bonding relationships with any of them, but I do want to know I appreciate their efforts on our team. Any ideas?? </p>
