We hit our high for the day around 1 am, and it is supposed to bottom out tonight into tomorrow. At 8 am tomorrow morning, it's going to be 2 degrees and feel like -21, with at least 6 inches of snow, but some places around us are forecasted to get 2 to 3 feet. I spent 40 minutes trying to clean off the car. When I couldn't stand it anymore, I woke up DH to help because I couldn't feel my toes. He got the easy part of it, just driving LO to daycare in the warm, defrosted car. That's our new rule with cold weather days, always defrost the car when shoveling the day before. It could have saved me nearly an hour.</p> <p>ETA: my office, DH's office, just about everything is closed today.
