We have cement floors but very well painted and the walls are well painted as well. There's also a half bathroom. We would add better lighting though and remove the drop ceiling to reveal the beautiful wood beams. I don't feel like this is enough room for the sofas and extra seating. It would feel crowded. Soooo I'm thinking of having the food and table and chairs in the basement but of course people are feel to mingle upstairs as well but the main sitting will be downstairs.</p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
