Left of that (one random tile) is mudroom. Right of hardwood top is main bath floor, cupboard and counter. Price aside DH asked me if he pictured us in a white kitchen, I said no instantly. He did too, we'd make it beautiful, but it wouldn't be us, so we cut it, I think the cabinet style/type is really nice though. Agree on the granite you mentioned too. If it was a resale house someday I think I would have played with white, but I have to live with this one for a while, lol.
