I did notice that the baby is in a very different place each time - he/she moves a lot!! I did best with a full bladder laying down. But I do remember feeling really freaked out in the days I didn't find it, but not wanting to admit it after promising over and over to my husband that getting it wasn't going to make me crazy. :meh: so even if the rational part of you knows that everything is fine, even doctors have trouble finding it occasionally, etc, I do understand if a little part of you feels nervous. They get a lot of visits from freaked out mamas who couldn't find the heartbeat due to positioning or other factors. The evidence base says that they don't change outcomes. Since then, I've been unable to locate it.</p> <p>I'm not going crazy or anything, since I know it's still early, but tell me YOUR experiences with a home doppler! :) </p>
