We have one binder and different tabs for that type of stuff. We included monthly calendar print-outs where I write what day and the amount a bill is due, then have sections behind that for each bill (so all 12 months of mortgage are together by the end of the year). Also have sections for overall debt, important house contacts (e.g. insurance, plumber, etc), dog's health stuff, etc.

I do have a separate health binder for DS that I can take to appts with us.

ETA I also have a planner that I keep fairly up to date with bills/budget notes and meal planning, but it's primarily a work/social schedule planner.

I have a couple of binders. One that is strictly meal planning and recipes - section for weekly menu, a list of what is currently in the freezer, section for recipes we haven't tried yet, and then a section for recipes we have tried and liked (these are then separated by category).

Another household binder that is larger, it contains an emergency contact list on the first page, all of the manuals to things around the house, warranty info, our wifi network + password, a list of all family and friend birthdays, a list of who we buy gifts for and when, list of utilities with account numbers, cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly), and insurance info.

Just basic binders and dividers from Target. I schedule on my calendar to go through it at least once a month to keep everything up to date. Some of the things are a "cheat sheet" of basic info while the more detailed things are actually filed away. All bill related things are on my computer or my phone calendar. In the future when applicable I will add a list of paint colors around the home, school info for LO, a list of local home repair/plummer/etc people.

So I've seen home management binders on Pinterest for a while now. Like all thing Pinterest, mine won't be nearly as beautiful, but I think it's time. I think I'm going to make 2 binders: one used everyday (meal planning, bill paying, etc.) and another one kept up-to-date for emergencies (details of insurance policies, etc).

Do you have anything like this? I'd love to hear about it or see the links of resources you referred to.
