We loved it and since there was two of us we took turns opening one every other day.</p> <p>Fast forward to now, I have a son and am pregnant with number 2. We plan to have 4 or more children. I really want to make some type of homemade advent calendar and I would like to have only one for the whole family. I want something that will be a bit more interesting than the picture one I had as a kid though and if it was exciting for all of the children, even on the days it isn't their turn to open it, that would be ideal. Does anyone have any ideas? </p>
