If you're gifting to anyone with Celiac in their family, I'd rethink this (or use GF vodka and let them know that you did)</p> <p>Stoli makes a GF grain vodka (corn) or use an all potato variety. Two years later I am still using it. I think I followed a recipe from Joy the Baker. I ordered beans from Beanilla and used bourbon. I bought some food safe brown glass bottles but I can't remember where I got them from. It's SO EASY. Like, could not be easier. You literally just put about 10 whole vanilla beans into a jug of vodka. Leave it alone for several months, shaking it up like once a week or so.
