Its nice after the holidays to have some yummy treats! I have a monster cookie recipe that I use a lot and makes a huge batch! </p> <p>@LivsMama: I like the idea of infused olive oil too! My dad would love that. We have a Kumquat tree in our back yard so we make him some marmalade each year. This year he has asked for something he can use for a meat marinade. One year we got infused olive oil and vinegar in cute bottles. They found decorative bottles at Michaels and TJ Maxx, filled them with different things-I got garlic and rosemary infused olive oil and some garlic and lemon vengar.
