i love honest! we mostly CD, but with both our girls, we've used disposables for travel, sometimes overnight. we've never had leak issues. i also really like earth's best, naty baby and up&up, although when they changed their formula last year, we had some issues with them.

Hated them. I returned an entire bundle except the one opened package. They were impossible to get a tight fit on and we had a lot of leaks.

We love our Kirkland brand ones from Costco. Honest are cute and worked ok when I sampled them, but it didn't justify the extra cost.

We liked Honest just fine (we bought them when we had a diaper emergency one day) but I didn't think they were worth the price. Have you looked at Earth's Best? I think they get good reviews as a free of everything diaper.

Not a fan. The are very stiff and crunchy and not as absorbent as other brands. And I just don't get paying for a patterned diaper. They are cute and all..... But my kids you know, wear pants.

DS has tried every kind of diaper and while we didn't have any problems with Honest, they just weren't as absorbent. They didn't leak per se, but they just got really full and bulky for us so we switched back to Pampers. We started with Swaddlers and then switched to Cruisers as he got older.

@Cardad: so annoyed that Huggies discontinued Pure and Natural. We cloth diaper but P&N was my goto diaper for airplane travel and the newborn days before we started cloth at 2 months. I really liked that they seemed to used less dyes and chemicals and didn't smell as bad as others.

@ArtsyFartsy: I also tried Honest brand diapers (although they were tough to find in Canada at the time), and liked them. DS has never had a rash, and we rarely use cream, but his skin isn't sensitive. See if you can get some samples.

We've used and like them but my kids are pretty much fine with all diaper brands (costco, target, huggies, pampers, etc). They aren't very soft/flexible, IMO, but I'm a sucker for cute prints so do buy them when they go on sale.

They have trials (pay shipping) so I'd def try that out first before buying a box!

we've used honest since the beginning and love them! though at the beginning they didn't fit as well, but neither did pampers or seventh generation or other ones we tried--my lo was just long and very skinny so nothing fit, but since then we've never had a problem with leaks (except once with stomach flu, but nothing would have held that, lol). but we've been super happy with them--lo's never had a bad diaper rash, ever. sometimes she gets a little red, but nothing that she's ever seem to be bothered by. and we don't even use diaper cream regularly.

@artsyfartsy: I wonder if it's irritation or he's just getting handsy/annoyed with his diaper? Maybe it's a sign potty training is close?
Have you tried seventh generation?

No sensitive skin issues here, but the fit of the Honest diapers were a problem. We were gifted a bunch, but DS had a lot of leaks with them. I gave them to a friend whose baby was the same size, and he was fine in them. Just adding to the data!

We used Pampers swaddlers first then moved to Huggies pure and natural at around a month. Huggies discontinued the ones we liked so we tried Honest around 3 Months. LO is 11 months now and we have been using Honest exclusively since then. Leaks are few and far between and we haven't had any other issues. My wife signed up for the Honest delivery service on their website and we grab clearance packs from Target when they have a pattern we like. We are very happy with Honest diapers.

@Littlebit7: He's 2. We've used Pampers since birth so this issue popping up out of no where was really weird.

I didn't consider Honest because of the price, but now that we're close to potty training and he's not going through many diapers a day I feel like I can justify the price. Especially if they stop the irritation!

I used them for probably the first two months. They didn't fit LO really well lots of blowouts but she's skinny with skinny thighs so not much fit well, really. I went back to honest after finding a clearance pack at target; they do feel super crunchy and dry and didn't absorb as well as pampers.
I didn't feel that they were that much more than pampers. I always had them on hand; customer service was amazing. They sent me a trial of the next size up when I was troubleshooting fit, they put my membership on hold, they exchanged sizes. really amazing. And gave me NO grief or pressure over cancelling. I wish they had worked better
She hasn't had too many reactions to diapers, but we also do a layer of A&D at literally every diaper chance since birth (and she is 10 months now). We've never had a diaper rash. Ever.
The rest of her skin is super sensitive but I think keeping a barrier in place really helps.

Their wipes are the best I've ever used and I have used every single brand made. I wish I could get a subscription of just the wipes.

How old is T?

We have used them since DS was a newborn (he's 16 mo now) and love them. I have pretty sensitive skin so I figured DS would too, so we always planned on using Honest. The Pampers Swaddlers from the hospital irritated his skin pretty much right away, so I feel like we made a good decision. We haven't had many issues with leaks or anything else, and (knock on wood) he hasn't had a single rash since using Honest exclusively. We do use Pampers Baby Dry overnight, but Honest just came out with overnight diapers that I am interested to try.

I can't really comment on price compared to other brands, but we don't get a box every month. Typically the box lasts us 6 or more weeks, but we also use different overnight diapers and DS doesn't poop multiple times a day (ha). Having them delivered is so incredibly convenient! And the wipes are awesome.

Any reviews? Thinking about getting them for T. We've had trouble with Pampers and now Huggies. He's not getting a rash or redness or anything, but he's itching at his diaper all the time and seems uncomfortable even when he's not wet. Switching from Pampers to Huggies cleared the issue the first time but now he's starting to do it with Huggies.

Hopefully potty training will start soon which makes it easier to bite the bullet on the price. I just don't want to pay that much if they're no good.
