I sent them an email demanding a refund for those wipes and they complied. We have used them for years, so I knew instantly something was wrong. They claim they are not harmful, but there was no way I would use them with that strong chemical smell. I also told them a new customer would not be a repeat customer. Like a mix of pee and chlorine?? Is this just how they smell? </p> <p>I used to do the bundle subscription a couple years ago and don't recall them smelling this way.. Maybe the formula has changed, or should I go ahead and complain?
