He was cranky before the ham yesterday so it's difficult to say if he feels sick afterwards because of it. He threw up yesterday when he tried to eat a pollen pod outside and later when he was trying to chew a thin piece of apple so lots going on. In the moment he definitely liked the ham. I had heard you have to heat it to like commercial grade temps and even then it's not advised, so the way you would heat a ham wouldn't be enough to kill it. He had no negative side effects. And in cooking the ham the glaze would boil which would kill the spores that carry botcholism.
