It took us 6 cycles to get pregnant. It was definitely longer than the first time. I went to a naturopath and took vitex and a few other herbs for a few months. Did acupuncture the cycle before and the cycle I got pregnant. I checked my chart and I had some spotting 2.5 weeks later but no real period until 6 weeks. I had it removed end of March so I've had 4 cycles since then. </p> <p>It's taking me longer to get pregnant this time, but hopefully it's not a result of the IUD... Who knows, though. I had all the symptoms of ovulation, and then two weeks later felt nauseous, bloated, exhausted etc, but BFN. I'm now 5 weeks from my removal and no sign of a period yet. I'm going to a naturopath tomorrow to discuss hormone balancing and perhaps acupuncture to things regulated, but was wondering if anyone else had either herbs, acupuncture or anything else to help get your body back to normal? I want to TTC asap so i'm eager to get things back. </p>
