I have heard of the Mirena crash and was worried about it since hormone changes typically don't go well for me. I started spotting/lightly bleeding three or four days after removal which I assume was breakthrough bleeding and then 3 weeks later got a true period. I just ovulated so knock on wood things are going well in regards to returning to normal. I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm already dealing with depression and anxiety, but it's much worse and I am crying all of the time, which is not helpful at all at work.<br /> Did anyone go through the "mirena crash" and how long did it last? </p>
