I used it in conjunction with More Milk Special Blend tincture and domperidone, as well as a nursing tea. I do feel it contributed positively towards my having an adequate supply. I think that mixed with my supplements (and lactation cookies are NOT that yummy) helped some. I'm able to nurse all day and pump about 9 extra ounces a day. I was told to pump 4 times a day in addition to nursing, but I rarely got more than two pumping sessions in a day. </p> <p>Now I'm just using a medela pump in style and I can tell the difference, so I'm glad I rented from the hospital. It did help my supply somewhat but I am also not a religious pumper. I pump about once a day, maybe twice.
