I never ended up filling it out. I overall liked everything except 1 nurse and the parking situation/valet(they left my car RUNNING! in the garage and lost my keys! I later also filed a complaint after we were home. She said this when she saw that I found vaginal exams to be painful. I didn't deliver naturally because my induction failed, not because it was too painful.</p> <p>She said some other really inappropriate and hurtful things. Honestly, I hope she was fired.
